Grinder has recently been promoted and accepted the role of Executive Officer (XO) for the VFA-151.

EXECUTIVE OFFICER: Grinder has achieved the esteemed appointment to the position of Executive Officer in the Virtual United States Navy. The attainment of this role is a reflection of Grinder's exceptional leadership qualities, strategic acumen, and dedicated service to the Naval Aviation community.

THE AERONAUT PATCH: This is the entry-level patch for all new pilots. At this stage, aviators are just getting their virtual wings, learning to navigate, manage controls and gain a basic understanding of flight mechanics.

THE VOYAGER PATCH: Grinder has achieved the Voyager Patch after demonstrating a basic proficiency in navigation and controls, pilots move to this level. Voyagers have a good grasp of fundamental flight mechanics and start honing their skills in virtual aerial scenarios, from reconnaissance to minor combat engagements.
