ADVANCEMENT OPPORTUNITY
This concept also includes avenues and opportunities for advancement within both the squadrons and the Wing, with each advancement granting the member increased authority and responsibilities. The primary mechanism used to provide advancement opportunities are the credits given for participation, contribution, time of service, and attitude. Through commitment to the previous actions and as growth dictates; the following billets may become available for members.
• Instructor Pilot- teach, instruct on FRS subject matter, lead work up missions.
• Operations Officer - responsible for squadron ops, mission designs & pilot training
• Supply Officer - responsible for maintaining squadron supplies such as liveries & training materials.
• Squadron Executive Officer- 2nd in command to support the Squadron Commanding Officer in responsibilities.
• Squadron Commanding Officer- In charge of squadron ops and readiness.
AS PRIMARY LEADERSHIP CHANGES.
• DCAG- 2nd in command to support the Wing Commander in responsibilities.
• CAG- Leader In charge of wing ops, strategic direction, and recruiting.
